VENUSRPS BASE THEME.

• rules don’t apply, edit all you want and you don’t need to keep the credit.
• however, do not claim as your own base theme. if you claim it as your own theme, it shouldn’t look like the original.
• this is not to be used right away, it’s to be edited heavily.
• i did this from scratch and it’s not perfect, sorry about that.
• but it is fancier than some base themes. it includes an animated tab title, 3 links, changeable italic, bold colors, and a sidebar that’s 240px in width. background is changeable too.

please like if you use it, if i see it has more downloads than likes, i’m going to make the code private.
